π Return Policy Overview
Musheco does not offer returns on any products. We encourage our customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing, and customization options before placing an order.
However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Exchange requests will be considered only under the following conditions:
- The item delivered is defective, damaged, or entirely different from what was ordered.
- The issue is clearly demonstrated through a parcel opening video, recorded in one unedited, continuous frame, starting from the sealed package through to the defect or discrepancy.
This video is a mandatory requirement to initiate any exchange request.
ποΈ Eligible Exchange Conditions
We accept exchange requests only when the following conditions are met:
- The product delivered is wrong, damaged, or has a manufacturing defect.
- The defect is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- A parcel opening video is submitted. This video must clearly show:
- The unopened package
- The product with tags intact
- The defect or error in a single continuous shot
Failure to submit this video will result in the request being declined without exception.

- Prepare the Item for Return
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
- The product should be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Any deviation from these conditions will result in disqualification from exchange eligibility.
- Ship the Product
- Send the product using a local courier or India Post.
- Please clearly label the parcel as βDefective Goods Returnβ.
- Customers must bear all courier and logistic charges, including any applicable reverse shipping fees.
- Share tracking details with our team via WhatsApp or email.
- Inspection & Decision
- Once we receive the item, it will undergo a detailed quality check.
- If the claim is verified and matches the video provided, we will initiate an exchange.
- If the product does not meet our eligibility criteria, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.
π« Non-Exchangeable Items
The following categories are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances:
- Customized products with specific requests for fabric, size, color, or design (including sizes XS, 3XL and above; lengths 52, 54, 60, 62 inches and more)
- Accessories, including but not limited to jewelry, handbags, or other add-on items
- Products altered, used, or washed post-delivery
- Any item not supported by a valid parcel opening video

Musheco stands firmly against counterfeit goods. If any product is found to be counterfeit, the customer will be entitled to a full refund, including shipping charges, in compliance with Indian consumer rights.

- Musheco garments are often handcrafted or customized with fine detailing. Minor variations in color or texture due to photography and lighting will not qualify as defects.
